TileQuote Reps
Last updated October 19, 2026
1. What a TileQuote rep is
- In this agreement, "TileQuote" and "we" mean TileQuote, the business that runs tilequote.pro. A rep ("you") tells tile installation pros about TileQuote and earns money when pros they sign up pay for it.
- You work for yourself. You're not TileQuote's employee, partner or agent, and you can't make promises or sign anything for TileQuote. You pay your own costs.
- You have to be at least 18 and live in the United States.
2. Your deal
- TileQuote sets your deal when it approves you, and it's always shown on your rep page. It says what you earn per pro (a percent of the pro's $79 monthly payment, or a flat dollar amount) and for how long.
- A pro is yours when they sign up for TileQuote using your link or typing your code, while you're an approved rep. A pro stays with the first rep they signed up with. If they sign up without your link or code, they aren't yours, but if you tell us you brought them, TileQuote may tie them to you; earnings then start with their next payment.
- If TileQuote changes your deal, we'll email you. The change only counts for pros who sign up after that email; pros you already signed keep the deal they came in under.
3. When you earn
- You earn only when your pro actually pays for the TileQuote plan. Free months, free time TileQuote gives a pro, failed card payments and crew logins don't earn anything.
- Pros who sign up with your link or code get their first 2 months free instead of 1.
- You can't earn from your own business or by signing yourself up. TileQuote's records decide what you've earned.
4. When you get paid
- You're paid through Stripe. Before your link and code work, you set up payouts on your rep page; Stripe asks for your bank account and tax details (TileQuote never sees them). TileQuote pays Stripe's fees.
- When your pro pays, your share goes into your own Stripe account. It waits there one month (to the same date the next month), in case the pro gets a refund. Then, on the next pay day (the 1st of the month), TileQuote has Stripe send it to your bank, once you're owed at least $25. Smaller amounts roll over. You can see what's waiting, but you can't move it out early.
- If a pro's payment is refunded or disputed, what it earned you is lowered, and that part goes back to TileQuote out of your Stripe account. If you were already paid for it, it comes off your next pay.
- You're responsible for your own taxes. If you're paid enough in a year to need a tax form (Form 1099), Stripe sends it to you for TileQuote.
5. How you talk about TileQuote
- Be honest. Only describe what TileQuote really does and what it really costs ($79 a month after the free months, plus crew logins if they add them).
- Tell people you earn money when they sign up, for example: "I'm a TileQuote rep and I get paid if you sign up." The law (the FTC) requires this, including on social media.
- No spam: don't text, call or email people who didn't ask to hear from you, and follow the laws about texts, calls and email.
- Don't say you work for TileQuote, and don't buy ads using the TileQuote name. Use the TileQuote name and logo only as they come on your rep page and flyer, without changing them.
- No fake signups, and nothing else that games the program. Reps earn only from pros they sign up, never from other reps.
6. Pros' information
- Your rep page shows each of your pros' company name, signup date, whether they're in their free months or paying, and what they've earned you. Keep it to yourself and use it only to help them with TileQuote.
7. Pausing or ending
- You can stop being a rep any time by emailing support@tilequote.pro. TileQuote can pause or end your rep account any time.
- While paused, your link and code don't sign up new pros for you, but pros you already have keep earning for you.
- When your rep account ends, you stop earning. What you'd already earned is still paid to you on the normal schedule, unless the account ended because you broke this agreement (for example spam or fake signups); then unpaid earnings may be kept.
8. Other
- TileQuote may change this agreement. We'll email you first, and your rep page will ask you to agree to the new version.
- TileQuote doesn't promise you'll earn any amount. TileQuote isn't responsible for lost income, and what TileQuote owes you under this agreement is never more than what you earned in the 12 months before the problem.
- Tennessee law applies. Questions: support@tilequote.pro.
